Our Property

With a choice of two suites we can offer a warm welcome and family friendly stay. The Blue suite consists of two bedrooms, the larger having a double bed and the smaller one has bunk beds. The suite sleeps upto four comfortably. The Grey suite consists of one bedroom with one double, one single bed and a chair bed, sleeping upto four. On suite shower room, toiletries, towels, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities in both suites. A cot is available free of charge for under 3's subject to availability and must be requested by email before booking.

There is a large dining room for Breakfast with a high chair available if required.

Table d'hote is offered if you would like a home cooked evening meal at the additional cost of 20 euro per head for 3 courses.( 15e for under 12 yrs) Booking required by latest 10am on day required .

HOUSE POLICIES

There is NO SMOKING in the house but you may use the garden. Please respect our property as this is our home and dispose of cigarette ends in the pot provided.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of cigarette smoke clinging to all surfaces and the need for a complete deep clean and extra airing of a room before it can accomodate further guests, there will be an additional cleaning fee of 75euro charged if a guest is disrespectful and smokes in a room even out of a window. Please remember the next guests may be booked into the room the same day you book out!

Reception is open for arrivals between 16:00 -22:00pm. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival .

Check out is before 11:00 am

The TAXE DE SEJOUR (Tourist tax ) is 0.75 euro per adult per night and is payable on arrival in cash.

We ask that all guests have a mutual resect for each other and us and keep noise levels down after 23:00h please.
